Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the myMayz OS application and the marketing website at get.mymayz.com (the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you are using myMayz on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorized to bind that business.

1. The service

myMayz OS is a merchant operating system for Shopify stores: a shared inbox, returns and exchanges, WhatsApp broadcasts, operations and related tools. We may add, change or remove features to improve the Services.

2. Accounts & eligibility

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and be responsible for activity under your account. You are responsible for your team members' use and for setting their permissions.

3. Billing

Paid plans are billed through Shopify's managed billing. You select and approve a plan in Shopify's secure checkout; charges and invoices appear in your Shopify admin — no card details are entered on our site. WhatsApp message fees are charged to your own WhatsApp Business account by Meta directly; myMayz adds no markup. Plan prices and included limits are shown at the time of purchase.

4. Acceptable use

• Don't use the Services to send unlawful, deceptive, or unsolicited messages, or to violate WhatsApp, Meta or Shopify policies.
• Don't attempt to breach security, access other workspaces' data, or disrupt the Services.
• Don't use the Services to infringe others' rights or applicable law.

5. Your data & responsibilities

You retain ownership of your store and customer data. You are the controller of your customers' personal information and are responsible for having a lawful basis and any required consent — including consent for marketing messages — before using the Services to contact them. Our handling of data is described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Third-party platforms

The Services connect to third parties such as Shopify and Meta/WhatsApp. Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms, and their availability is outside our control.

7. Intellectual property

myMayz and its software, brand and content are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms don't grant you any rights in them except the limited right to use the Services as intended.

8. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, myMayz will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid for the Services in the twelve months before the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Services and uninstall at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are breached or to protect the Services. On termination, your right to use the Services ends; data handling on termination follows our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above and, where appropriate, communicated to merchants. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, unless a mandatory law of your location provides otherwise.
